The themes of the training paths
The occupational safety training we offer includes several aspects:
1. Knowledge of regulations: workers need to be informed about local and national laws and regulations regarding health and safety at work. This includes understanding their rights and the company's responsibilities.
2. Hazard identification: employees must be able to recognize potential hazards in the workplace. This involves understanding the risks associated with the activities carried out, the equipment used, and the materials handled.
3. Use of equipment and safety devices: the training includes the correct use of equipment, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as the importance of their constant use.
4. Safety procedures: workers need to know and follow the company's specific safety procedures, including evacuation plans, emergency procedures, and incident reporting methods.
5. Risk management: training for employees on how to manage workplace risks, including the prevention of ergonomic, chemical, or biological risks.
6. Communication: it is important to promote effective safety communication among employees and with supervisory staff, such as the importance of timely reporting of risks and incidents.
7. Safety culture: safety training helps create a safety-oriented corporate culture, where prevention becomes an integral part of daily work.
8. Periodic updates: safety training is not a one-time event but an ongoing process. Employees need to receive periodic updates to stay informed about new regulations, new equipment, and best safety practices.
