EnAIP and Gesteco for GreenFor Academy at NanoValbruna 2025

Training, territory and sustainability in the heart of the Julian Alps

As part of the international festival  NanoValbruna , we at Gesteco took part in the Baite Workshop. Our contribution focused on organizing the training seminar “Successful Sustainable Innovation”, developed in collaboration with  EnAIP FVG and promoted within the  GreenFor Sustainability Academy. This initiative represented not only an important educational opportunity, but also a concrete chance to connect design thinking with territorial regeneration.

GreenFor Academy for NanoValbruna

Participation in the Baite Workshop confirms the role of GreenFor Academy as a promoter of applied training, created to connect business, territory, and knowledge.

In a context like NanoValbruna, which brings together vision, culture, and concrete action, GreenFor finds the ideal ground to enhance skills and contribute to building a shared ecological transition, where young people are the protagonists and businesses become active agents of change.

An immersive seminar on design and sustainability

  • Lorenzo Cercelletta, designer e fondatore dello studio Quiet (Berlino), direttore di ReGeneration Hub Friuli e attivo nel ripristino ecosistemico con Anonima Riforestazioni;
  • Ivan Provenzale, designer e formatore, impegnato nella rigenerazione della Val Silisia e assessore alla transizione ecologica del Comune di Tramonti di Sopra.

The seminar took place in Valbruna and was designed for designers, professionals, entrepreneurs, marketing and product development managers, startuppers, and students, all sharing a common interest in innovation applied to environmental, economic, and social sustainability. During the workshop, participants worked on real-world case studies, applying tools such as Design Thinking, the Golden Circle, scenario-based design, and rapid prototyping. The goal was to develop a systemic design approach, reduce risks related to innovation, and create shared value — with the aim of making each initiative genuinely sustainable over time. The training program was led by:

  • Lorenzo Cercelletta, designer and founder of Studio Quiet (Berlin), Director of  ReGeneration Hub Friuli, and active in ecosystem restoration with  Anonima Riforestazioni;
  • Ivan Provenzale, designer and trainer, engaged in the regeneration of Val Silisia and Councillor for Ecological Transition in the Municipality of Tramonti di Sopra.

An experience that connects knowledge, business, and community

Our participation in the Baite Workshop is part of a journey we have been pursuing for years as a company committed to practical sustainability. We believe that to innovate also means to transfer knowledge, listen to the territory, and build relationships capable of generating a positive impact. NanoValbruna provided the ideal setting to strengthen this vision: an event that brings together generations, disciplines, and diverse approaches in an authentic, inspiring, and nature, immersed environment.

Gruppo Luci: supporting regeneration

Alongside Gesteco,  LOD - Laboratorio di Olfattometria Dinamica, another company within  Gruppo Luci, also took part in the festival as an official sponsor.

This joint presence at NanoValbruna reflects the identity of our Group: companies with different expertise, united by shared values, working together to build a business model rooted in sustainability, innovation, and social responsibility.

It was not just a formal presence, but a concrete contribution to a collective project that looks to the future, while remaining grounded in local roots.

NanoValbruna is much more than a festival: it is a laboratory of ideas born in the Friulian mountains and speaking to all of Europe.

Our contribution through education and training reinforces our belief that doing business today also means acting as cultural and social players, capable of generating value beyond the market.

We thank ReGeneration Hub Friuli, the promoter and organizer of NanoValbruna, for creating an event rich in content, relationships, and vision.

An experience that has inspired us and encourages us to continue working toward a shared and inclusive ecological transition, where education, enterprise, and community can grow together.
