On Friday, 5 December 2025, the second edition of GreenFor… Event took place at SpazioZero in Pordenone. The annual event is promoted by the GreenFor Sustainability Academy, an initiative born from the collaboration between ENAIP Friuli Venezia Giulia and Gesteco.
The event once again confirmed the core objective of the GreenFor Academy: to create practical and operational spaces for dialogue where sustainability is addressed not as an abstract concept, but as a concrete practice to be analysed, questioned and continuously improved.
The 2025 edition stood out for its effective combination of training, hands-on experience and networking, offering participants an integrated and engaging learning experience.
The morning opened with institutional greetings from Paola Stuparich, Director of ENAIP FVG, and Adriano Luci, President of Gruppo Luci and Vice President of Gesteco.
In his speech, Adriano Luci emphasised that sustainability cannot be reduced to a set of formal obligations or confined to the environmental dimension alone. Instead, it must permeate all three ESG pillars, environmental, social and governance, across the entire organisation:
“Sustainability is not just about the environment: it is about how we choose to operate and improve. It must run through the organisation at every level and in every direction. Talking about sustainability means getting to the heart of processes, X-raying the way we work and turning what emerges into concrete improvements.”
A clear call to action: not to postpone change, but to use the present moment as an opportunity to strengthen vision, method and responsibility.
The morning continued with a keynote by Simone Teso, expert in generational dynamics and co-founder of Indaco Italia, who led a reflection on the value of collaboration between different generations within organisations.
According to Teso, generational diversity becomes a critical issue only when it is ignored. When acknowledged and managed with openness and curiosity, it can turn into a genuine competitive advantage. Shared languages, active listening and the appreciation of different perspectives are essential elements for guiding companies towards more mature, credible and sustainable organisational models.
The experiential core of the event was “The Green Veil”, an investigative serious game conceived and developed by Gesteco’s Beeability team.
During the game, participants took on the role of auditors and analysed realistic corporate materials, including emails, articles, financial statements and technical reports, with the aim of identifying inconsistencies, critical issues and potential greenwashing practices.
This immersive experience fostered collaboration, source analysis and ethical evaluation, offering a practical training ground to develop a robust ESG culture capable of integrating compliance, reputation management and organisational responsibility.
“The Green Veil” demonstrated how game-based learning can become an effective training tool, enabling participants to engage directly with the complexity of sustainability-related decision-making.
Following a debriefing and in-depth session led by Chiara Pontoni, Sustainability Manager at Gesteco, the morning concluded with a networking moment. An informal yet meaningful space where participants shared experiences, insights and reflections on sustainability, generational dynamics, business processes and organisational culture.
The second edition of GreenFor… Event confirmed the value of the collaboration between Gesteco and ENAIP FVG, as well as the importance of designing pathways that combine knowledge, experience and a forward-looking vision.
Sincere thanks go to all the companies and participants who engaged with a critical mindset and openness, and to the Gesteco and ENAIP teams for the technical and organisational work that made the event possible.
GreenFor… Event is not a final destination, but a step within a broader journey: continuing to develop skills, awareness and concrete tools to support companies in building a solid, measurable and credible approach to sustainability.
