Safety training for employers: courses now open

The course is intended for:

• Employers who wish to directly perform the duties relating to health and safety;
• Entrepreneurs and company owners;
• SME managers seeking a structured and compliant approach to workplace safety.

The programme consists of two highly interactive sessions, characterised by participation, discussion, sharing of experiences, and continuous exchange between trainers and participants—within a networking-friendly setting that makes training practical, dynamic and engaging.

The diverse composition of the class encourages dialogue among different organisations, making the learning path even more effective.

The Employers’ course provides the mandatory training required by the State-Regions Agreement 2025 No. 59/CSR (Annex A, Part IV, point 3.5), approved on 17 April 2025 and in force since 24 May 2025, in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Italian Health and Safety at Work Act).

Throughout the course, employers will be guided to:

• Understand obligations and liabilities (criminal, civil and administrative) of the employer and other prevention roles within the organisation;
• Understand the institutional prevention system and the role of the supervisory authorities;
• Acquire operational skills for organising and managing the company prevention and protection system;
• Use effective communication tools, tailored to their context, to promote proper interaction with workers and other safety roles.

To make the experience more enjoyable and further encourage networking, a lunch break on site is planned in a welcoming, informal setting, ideal for exchanging experiences among participants.

The course is structured to equip participants with the essential competencies in workplace safety, risk prevention and responsible management of workers’ health, turning a legal obligation into a real growth opportunity for the company.Gesteco is an AiFOS authorised training centre, ensuring quality and full adherence to required training standards.
