First aid refresher training
Group A

This First Aid Refresher Training course is designed for employees appointed as workplace first aiders in companies operating in higher-risk environments.

The course is intended to maintain and update the knowledge and practical skills required to manage medical emergencies and provide initial assistance while waiting for emergency services to arrive.

This refresher training is required every three years, in accordance with current regulations.

Course Content

This course provides both theoretical and practical updates on workplace first aid, with the aim of strengthening the response skills of designated first aid workers, including:

• Updates on first aid procedures
• Recognition of medical emergencies
• Response to injuries and sudden illness
• Use of first aid equipment and supplies
• Management of emergency calls
• Practical review of key first aid techniques
