This First Aid Refresher Training – Group B-C course is designed for employees appointed as workplace first aiders in companies operating in low- and medium-risk environments.

The course aims to maintain and update the knowledge and practical skills required to manage medical emergencies and workplace injuries, ensuring a prompt response while waiting for emergency services.

This refresher training is required every three years, in accordance with current regulations.

Course Content

This course provides updated theoretical and practical knowledge to support effective first aid response in the workplace. including:

• Updates on first aid procedures
• Management of emergencies and workplace injuries
• Use of first aid equipment and supplies
• Management of emergency calls
• Practical review of key first aid techniques
