Employers and Managers Training, Additional Module “Construction Sites
6-hour course for employers and delegated safety representatives
This additional training module is designed for employers, managers and employers acting as the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (DL-RSPP) who operate in temporary or mobile construction sites.
The State-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2025 introduced this additional training requirement due to the specific risks associated with construction activities, such as interference between contractors, work at height, excavation work, safety coordination and site safety management.
The course aims to provide practical tools to organize, manage and control safety on construction sites, preventing accidents and improving the effectiveness of safety management systems.
Course Content
This course covers the regulatory and operational aspects of construction site safety, with a focus on roles, responsibilities and practical management tools, including:- Organization of safety on construction sites
- Roles and responsibilities (client, contractor, coordinators)
- Safety plans (PSC and POS – Safety and Coordination Plan, Site Safety Plan)
- Management of operational interferences
- Typical construction site risks
- Documentation and operational requirements for temporary and mobile sites
This course includes

- Final assessment test
To enhance the overall experience and encourage networking opportunities, the course includes an immersive experience at the end of the training, with a wine tasting among the vineyards of the Collio region at La Subida di Monte winery and vinegar cellar.
Lunch is included at Locanda alle Vigne - Cormons (UD).
