Employers Training
16-hour course for employers and delegated safety representatives
This Employers’ Safety Training course is designed for legal representatives and delegated safety officers across all sectors.
The State-Regions Agreement published on 17 April 2025 introduced the obligation for employers to attend a 16-hour training course. This course complies with point 3, Part II of the 2025 Agreement, concerning employer training in occupational health and safety.
The program aims to provide the knowledge and skills required in occupational health and safety, with a focus on employers’ duties and responsibilities, risk management, the organization of the company prevention and protection system, and the supervision of activities and personnel.
The course also covers the institutional prevention system, the role of supervisory authorities and effective communication tools within the workplace.
Course Content
This course explores the regulatory, organizational and managerial aspects related to the employer’s role within the workplace safety system, providing practical tools for effective safety management, including:
Health and safety regulations
- Workplace prevention system and key safety roles
- Risk assessment and organization of preventive measures
- Safety management and organizational models
- Information, training and consultation of workers
- Supervision, control and employer responsibilities
This course includes
- Training materials
- Final assessment test
- Certificate of attendance
To enhance the overall experience and encourage networking opportunities, an on-site lunch will be provided at Osteria da Solder in Corno di Rosazzo (UD).
