Supervisor Refresher Training

This Supervisors’ Refresher Training course is designed for personnel with supervisory roles, such as team leaders and department supervisors.
The course aims to update and strengthen competencies related to safety supervision, risk management and staff coordination, in line with regulatory updates and organisational developments.
This refresher training is required every two years, in accordance with current regulations.

This course provides updates on regulatory and operational aspects of the supervisor’s role, offering practical tools for managing safety in daily activities, including:

• Roles and responsibilities of supervisors

• Management of non-conformities and reporting
